H-2B POLICY RESOURCES

New H-2B guestworker visa regulations released by the Department of Labor on Feb. 10, 2012 would protect guestworkers from exploitation—while helping secure the wages and job security of U.S. workers—but they’ve been blocked in federal court and U.S. Congress by corporate lobbyists.
